ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE ENERGY

In the Onshore and Offshore Energy sector, ATR delivers a wide range of integrated services covering the supply and management of specialist equipment and expert personnel.

MARINE

ATR is contracted by a number of blue-chip clients across the globe to supply the management of rigging equipment and wire rope along with the provision of Loler inspection services.

Our highly skilled personnel travel worldwide with a proven track record also providing Rope Access, NDT, UT and bolt integrity inspection services. In addition, ATR provides pilots that are fully trained in the use of UAV’s, Mini-ROV’s and Magnetic Crawlers to carry out on a number of inspections which include but are not limited to:

  • FPSO Hull Inspections
  • Flexible Risers
  • Internal Tank Inspections
  • Coating Breakdown Assessments
  • 3D Photogrammetry
  • Dropped Object Surveys

As a recognised partner by Librestream, ATR also offer Remote Inspection Services: The RealWear® HMT-1Z1 is an intrinsically safe ATEX Zone 1 and CSA C1/D1 certified fully rugged head-mounted device. Use it in wet, dusty, hot, dangerous environments. It optionally snaps into safety helmets and can be used with safety glasses or corrective eyewear. It allows remote expert video calling with enhanced features to address challenging tasks which would normally require in person assistance.

Teams can see live video and images, talk, view data and draw onscreen to collaborate fully. Ideal for walking through and checking completed work scopes live, ensuring the client is satisfied with standard of completed work before sign-off.

RENEWABLES

We provide cost-effective, specialist support to help clients in the Renewables sector to deliver every time, while also minimising their equipment costs.

From supporting the installation of critical onshore infrastructure through cable pulling to the provision of offshore power and the long-term maintenance of turbines, we have the expertise and the equipment required.

INDUSTRIAL

ATR hold a comprehensive hire fleet supporting a number of manufacturers and industries including, but not limited to:

Diesel welding sets, invertors, pipe threading and cutting machines, pipe benders, dehumidifiers, air movers, extraction fans, heaters, lighting, blasting, painting, pneumatic and electric tooling.

Our large stock holding of consumables and spares compliments the hire fleet, allowing our clients to single source all equipment required to efficiently and cost effectively complete work scopes and tasks from a single source supplier.

FOOD & DRINK

ATR provide a number of services across the Food & Drink sector, whether it is carrying out LOLER inspection services across multiple distillery sites throughout Scotland for key clients, or supplying ATEX cold cutting grinding equipment for work being carried out a local brewery.
