ATR offers a range of NDT Inspection Services, including Liquid Penetrant Inspections, Magnet Particle Inspections, and Eddy Current Testing.
These methods are provided by our Inspectors, who are either SNT or PCN certified and can be delivered by our team on the ground or by using Rope Access methods.
LIQUID PENETRANT INSPECTION
Liquid Penetrant Inspection (also known as Dye Penetrant Inspection) is used to detect surface breaking defects and can be applied to either Ferromagnetic or Non-Ferromagnetic materials.
MAGNET PARTICLE INSPECTION
Magnet Particle Inspection is one of the most well-known NDT methods that ATR offers. Its purpose is to accurately detect the presence of surface breaking defects in the component being examined.
EDDY CURRENT TESTING
Also referred to as ET or EI, Eddy Current Testing is a method of NDT that uses electromagnetic induction to detect surface and sub-surface defects in conductive materials without stripping back the paint to expose the steel.
All these inspection services methods are delivered along with access to a Clients’ Portal, where the client can access all reports at any time.
