ATR DRIVES AHEAD WITH GROWTH PLANS - TRIO OF SENIOR MANGEMENT APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENTS


ATR Group, the global equipment specialist has announced the strengthening of its management team with three senior appointments supporting its drive to double its turnover over the coming three years.

The move is part of the Aberdeen-headquartered company’s ambitious drive to grow its turnover to £150million in the next three years. ATR recently made a step-change in its operating structure with the creation of five dedicated business units to capitalise on the growth opportunities in key sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Dave Grant has been appointed Group Business Development Director to lead the next stage of our growth plan. The former head of global business development at Coates Offshore, he has more than a decades experience in the oil and gas sector both in the UKCS and overseas.

Following the acquisition of Underwater Engineering Services Limited (UES) in June 2012, Duncan Duthie has joined ATR as divisional director for UES. A former director of James Fisher Offshore Ltd, he is tasked with developing and expanding our offering into the market.

Completing the new appointments is Derek Sinclair who has joined ATR to lead the rapidly expanding marine division. Previously the chief executive officer of Survival Craft Inspectorate and managing director of Falck Nutec UK, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and senior management experience to the business.
