ATR GROUP ACQUISITION

We are pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of Safety and Technical Hydraulics Limited.

This strategic acquisition strengthens the Groups offering into the global oil & gas market and fully supports our clients requests for us to improve our overall proposition by continuing to broaden our product range.

Safety & Technical Hydraulics Limited, based in Portlethen on the south side of Aberdeen, are specialist suppliers of high-pressure hydraulic tools and instrumentation equipment to the oil and gas industry. Their broad portfolio of equipment for sale or rental is drawn from the industry's leading manufacturers, including Enerpac, Maximator and many others. Their close working association to these manufacturing partners combined with extensive industry relevant knowledge has enabled them to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and technical support.
