ATR GROUP "POWERS UP" TO SUPPORT RUN BALMORAL 2011

Aberdeen-based ATR Group, the specialist global plant, lifting and tool rental specialist, is to lend its support to the North East running community again this year as it provides generators free of charge and event sponsorship for the annual event on Saturday 23rd April and Sunday 24th April 2011.

The race, now in its 14th year, has become a firmly established event in the Scottish athletics calendar and attracts hundreds of runners of all ages and abilities. The race which incorporates primary school races, a 5k wheelchair race and a 5k and 10k race, amongst others, takes place on the scenic Balmoral Estate.

Keith Moorhouse, Managing Director of ATR Group comments, “We have lent our support to this fantastic event for the past few years, and we are very proud to power the course and to be a part of such an established activity in the North East.”

We wish all the runners the best of luck for the event whether they are raising money for charity or simply taking part for personal achievement.
